King Of The Court Pre Event

Singapore, 10th June 2024 – We are thrilled to share the success of our recent fundraising event in collaboration with King Of The Court (KOTC), a media company that leverages AI to promote the 1v1 basketball format. The event was held at Velocity, Novena, where KOTC was showcasing their brand and upcoming tournament.

During the event, members of the public were invited to take a unique 4-Point-Shot from a circle beyond the 3-point line, a concept inspired by the NBA. For every successful basket, KOTC pledged a donation to the Wheelchair Basketball Association (WBA).

The event saw the enthusiastic participation of Farrhan, Dexter, Michael, Vanessa, and Jean Hsu Wei, who came to support the cause at Velocity, Novena. The WBA team was warmly welcomed by KOTC staff members Chris and Gerald, making the experience even more memorable.

In just two hours, the event raised an impressive $1010 for the WBA. Farrhan made two successful shots, while Michael, given a concession, made one shot from the 3-point line.

We are excited to continue our partnership with KOTC and support their upcoming event on Saturday, 29th June at Velocity. WBA will also be present, running a skills challenge from 5 PM to 9 PM, and we encourage everyone to join us for another fun-filled and impactful day.
