In a remarkable feat, 2020 saw Wen Sheng's ascendancy to coaching excellence. Recognized as a certified provisional coach under the National Registry of Coaches (NROC), he achieved this milestone through the completion of the "Singapore Coach Excellence Theory Level One" and "Basic Sport Science Course." This accomplishment not only underscores his dedication but also positions him as a catalyst for nurturing future talents.

From September 2019 to July 2023, Wen Sheng has assumed the role of Assistant Honorary Secretary within the Wheelchair Basketball Association (Singapore).
